About :

Hardly any other property in Kühlungsborn interests and moves people as much as Villa Baltic. As new owners, we share these emotions, which is why we want to make the development and reconstruction as transparent as possible for the public. The fact that we are serious is shown by the first measures that were taken immediately after purchasing Villa Baltic: We have securely locked the building to protect it from further break-ins and vandalism, drained the basement, repaired sewage pipes and immediately treated the dry rot. Garbage and rubble have been removed and the outdoor areas and lawns have been put in a proper condition. We are also preserving fragments of old building fabric and documenting the current condition of the building for the historical archive. In order to be able to start the renovation, a realistic usage concept for Villa Baltic must be found. We are open to the various possible uses and are holding intensive discussions with the mayor, city representatives and various citizen groups. We are convinced that together we will find the optimal solution very soon and invite you to be part of the reconstruction. Villa Baltic is a matter close to our hearts.
