The Viljandi hospital and health center TERVIKUM is the first of its kind in the Baltics and is part of a wider reorganization that includes the entire health and social system of Viljandi County. The purpose of TERVIKUM is to bring all the links of the long chain of treatment and social services together in the building and make them work quickly and flexibly for people. For a local person, the opening of TERVIKUM means a big change - the current fragmented services will be replaced by a comprehensive system where all the necessary medical services are available from one place. This helps save valuable time and energy, ensuring that patients receive quality care faster and more efficiently. Health care services become more accessible and the whole process becomes smoother, offering people greater confidence and support in solving their health concerns.
