Video Minutes of the 238th Meeting of the Municipal Cultural Policy Council On the twelfth day of July 2021 at 6:33 pm, the President of the Municipal Culture Foundation (FMC) and President of the Municipal Cultural Policy Council (CMPC), the Mr. Alberto Schramm Portugal declared the two hundred and thirty-eighth CMPC Meeting open. Present were the President of the Council, Councilor Carlos Alexandre Martins Schneider from the FMC chair, Councilor Nelson Silva Junior from the UEPG chair, Councilor Elizabeth Johansen from the APPAC chair, Councilor Francisley Pimentel Fagundes from the Municipal Education Council chair, Councilor Regina Stori from Chair of Music, Councilor Rafael Schoenherr of the Chair of Cine-Photo-Video. Councilor Lenita Stark from the Visual Arts chair, Councilor João Guilherme de Castro Martins from the Popular Arts chair, Councilor Patrícia Guedes from the Literature chair, Alternate Councilor Luiz Carlos Gorchinski from the Literature chair and Michelly Barczsz, Administrative Director of FMC . 00:00 - The President declared the 238th Meeting of the Municipal Cultural Policy Council open and called the Councilors by name 05:24 - Councilor Carlos Alexandre presented the first agenda of the Meeting: PROMIFIC Project Readjustments 06:27 - The first project for readjustment was “Sanguinária” by Gabriela Cordeiro de Paula. CMPC considered the proponent's request; therefore, no vote was taken at the meeting. 21:42 - Conversation was held between FMC and Councilors about fundraising for PROMIFIC Projects 34:26 - The second project for readjustment was “33° FUC” from FAUEPG. CMPC considered the proponent's request. The President opened it for voting, the request was unanimously approved 44:46 - The third project for readjustment was “Virtual Museum - Cenas de Ponta Grossa” by ABC Projetos Culturais. The President opened the vote, based on the Budget Spreadsheet; the request was approved by a majority of votes 54:26 - The fourth project for readjustment was “Cinematic Training Workshop” by Denise Kelm Soares. The President opened it for voting, the request was approved by a majority of votes 1:05:00 - The President presented the second agenda of the Meeting: Proposed Notice - 2nd Semester; Councilor Lenita Stark presented a summary of the Proposal 1:08:08 - The Director of the Administrative Department presented the PGM's guidelines on the subject and the Councilors debated the agenda, defining an extraordinary meeting to continue debates on the topic 1:49:02 - The President moved on to the last agenda of the Meeting: Letters from the Public Ministry of the state of Paraná received by the FMC.
