Via Slovakia is the project of the longest tourist highway in Slovakia. The project that originated in Slav Duchovič's head is slowly but surely becoming a reality. It is a project about connecting people, adventure, getting to know the beauty, culture and interesting things of the borderland of our beautiful Slovakia. The entire Via Slovakia route around Slovakia is approximately 1,870 km with a total elevation gain of almost 34 km. To make the entire Via Slovakia route accessible to all tourists without distinction, it is divided into 18 stages. Each stage is approximately 100 to 180 km long and can be covered in an average of 4-6 days. It is important to mention that the Via Slovakia route around Slovakia passes through all the most important geographical points, whether through all 5 border crossings, the MOST northern-southern-eastern-westernmost point of the republic, but also the lowest point. #tourism #slovenia #slovakia #travel #mountains #trip
