Abdullah Kiğılı, one of the pioneers of the Turkish ready-to-wear sector and who created a fashion giant in clothing with the Kiğılı brand, also rebelled against the prices. Responding to the questions of Ecomax Editor-in-Chief Recep Erçin, veteran businessman Abdullah Kiğılı stated that a toast and a ayran were being sold for 500 liras at a roadside venue and said, “Who will say stop to these prices?” Adding that prices in ready-to-wear have also increased and that the access of the lower-income group to local brands has decreased, Kiğılı expressed his sadness at what happened during the election process regarding Fenerbahçe. On the other hand, veteran name of the sector Kiğılı is at work five days a week despite being 81 years old. Saying, “I don’t know what a vacation is. I take vacations while I work,” Abdullah Kiğılı says that they never regret it.
