Do you want to know how to cook blue crab? Maybe a different dish from the usual spaghetti or linguine? Here, try the Venetian blue crab and you won't regret it. The recipe is that of the Venetian blue crab which is well suited to cooking the evil invasive crustacean that has invaded our coasts. Be careful, I know that many people cannot tolerate butter in fish dishes, however butter with crustaceans goes very well (just think of lobsters in butter) and, not surprisingly, in the Venetian blue crab recipe there is plenty of butter. In the video I show you how to clean the blue crab and extract the feces before cooking it. Then follows the Venetian blue crab recipe. Finally I will show you how to extract the pulp by breaking the claws and shell in very specific places.
