Vegan lasagna without pasta:) a quick and easy recipe as always totally vegetal and gluten-free! What were the pasta sheets replaced with? With some delicious black cabbage leaves 🥰 And the béchamel? An original mix of cannellini beans and delica squash (strictly with the peel!). A delicious and healthy dish perfect for the coming holidays ♥️ As for the garnish, I opted for some very soft and tasty slices of Virtuosella by FormaVeg: a delicious organic vegan and gluten-free product based on cashews, excellent as a substitute for soft cheeses ✨ Ingredients for 6 people: 1/2kg of black cabbage leaves, 400g of already boiled cannellini beans, 1/2 delica pumpkin (+ 1 slice for the garnish) baked in the oven (with peel!), 300ml of soy drink, nutmeg, turmeric, salt, oil, 1 cup of vegetable pesto, a handful of whole hazelnuts, nutritional yeast (flavouring without leavening action) 🌱 to finish the dish, if desired, a few slices of fresh vegan cheese ✨ Oro was able to enjoy the delicious veg béchamel thanks to his favorite task: pre-washing the pans 🐾 🤪 Did you like the idea?
