This creamy, lovely filled cake is also completely gluten-free, so it's suitable for serving to everyone without any worries ???? Vegan and gluten-free filled cake Base: • 100 g vegan margarine • 2.5 dl Kaslink Aito Oat Drink • 2.25 dl sugar • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar • 4.5 dl gluten-free and dairy-free flour mix (e.g. Viljatuote Vaalea Gluten-Free Flour Mix) • 2 tsp baking powder For moistening: • approx. 2.5 dl apple juice Filling: • 2.5 dl Kaslink Aito Oat Whisk • 2 tbsp powdered sugar • raspberry jam • strawberries • 2 bananas 1. Melt the margarine and slowly stir in the oat drink. 2. Add the sugar and vanilla sugar while stirring. 3. In a separate bowl, combine the gluten-free flour mixture and baking powder. 4. Mix together the wet and dry ingredients. Pour the batter into a loose-bottomed pan lined with baking paper. 5. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes. Check for doneness with a wooden skewer. 6. Let the base cool down thoroughly and then carefully cut it in half with a sharp bread knife. 7. Beat the oat whisk (with an electric mixer or by hand) until fluffy and sweeten it with powdered sugar if desired. 8. Moisten the lower cake base with apple juice. Add jam, mashed bananas, whipped oat whisk and strawberries. 9. Carefully lift the other part of the cake base to the top, moisten it and then line the whole thing with the oat whisk 10.
