In Varena in Val di Fiemme we go to meet the Dagostin butcher shop, one of the businesses that adheres to the Mountain Butchers Association, a project that was born with the main purpose of promoting the food and wine culture of the province of Trento and enhancing the agri-food and catering sector. In particular, the Association intends to promote scientific research on nutrition issues and plan to publish publications and information material relating to this social purpose. The Association, through collaboration with local bodies and associations, also organizes events, laboratories, fairs, markets and workshops in order to consolidate as much as possible a correct nutritional education!
