Polobogo Village is a village located in Getasan District, Semarang Regency. The village located at the foot of Mount Merbabu has fertile soil and cool air. The name Polobogo consists of two words, namely Polo and Bogo which means field. This naming is based on the fertility of the village's soil because anything planted will grow well and bring benefits to the village. Polobogo Village has a unique tradition of Sadranan Sasono Langgeng Kembang Kuning or Nyadran Kembang Kuning which is held every Monday Pahing in the month of Rajab as a form of preserving the culture of mutual cooperation and maintaining community harmony. More than that, Polobogo also has the potential for natural tourism, MSMEs, and skilled Human Resources in fields such as agriculture, handicrafts, and culinary. Polobogo Village has various potentials for natural tourism, MSMEs, and skilled Human Resources that have not been widely known by the public. This is due to the lack of documentation and centralized information. Therefore, the Profile Video entitled "Migunani Tumpraping Deso Polobogo" which means "Useful for Polobogo Village" aims to document the potential and conditions as a reference and historical evidence of the Sadranan Sasono Langgeng Kembang Kuning tradition, village potential, and local wisdom contained therein.
