I don't have typical roses in my garden - that is, flower beds where roses play the main role. Although I tried, the fact that they fade quite quickly discouraged me. Even the prospect of re-flowering didn't convince me. That's why roses are a complement to flower beds, a beautiful filler. They also grow in the company of ferns - Female fern - a pure species. Female fern is a fern that can get more sun than other ferns and it won't harm it at all. Of course, everything within reason. It won't work in flower beds where the sun operates in the afternoon. It's worth remembering.
