On October 23, the third launch of the New Shepard rocket of Blue Origin took place this year, 2024. This time, the company launched its rocket with a capsule in unmanned mode. During the mission, 12 useful research cargoes were delivered to suborbital space, five of them were installed in the launch vehicle and seven inside the capsule. The rocket launched from Blue Origin's Texas launch site and reached a maximum altitude of 101 km, separating the capsule from the launch vehicle approximately 2 minutes 40 seconds after liftoff at an altitude of 75 km. Four and a half minutes after the capsule's separation, the rocket made a soft vertical landing. And three minutes later, the capsule also landed by parachute in the West Texas desert.
