The Chersky Ridge is a huge mountain range where almost no tourists have ever been. There are no roads here, in the cold season the winter road is the Arctic, and in the summer - only river beds. We went on this expedition to learn about the Even culture, admire the incredible multi-colored mountains of Ulahn-Chistaya, walk along the turbulent and full-flowing rivers (Moma, Tirekhtyakh, Burustakh), live in the remote village of Sasyr, and feel what it is like to be far from civilization. At the beginning of our journey, we were not sure that we would complete the route at all: we got stuck in swamps, punctured tires on sharp stones, almost drowned in the river, but each time we reached the goal with great luck. For me, this was the first expedition in my life! The polar day, the scorching sun and terrible cold, fires, midges, mosquitoes and horseflies, a dangerous road - my team and I overcame all this together!
