Kiyokawa Village Road Tsuchiyama Takahata Line, located on the south side of Lake Miyagase in Kanagawa Prefecture, was started as part of the Miyagase Dam project, but since construction was suspended in 2007, it has been left unfinished to this day. The total length of Kiyokawa Village Road Tsuchiyama Takahata Line is 4722.5m, and of the 15 bridges (Village Road No. 1 Bridge to Village Road No. 15 Bridge) and tunnels (Kiyokawa Tunnel, total length 653m) within the section, Bridges No. 8 to No. 9 and Bridges No. 11 to No. 13 are incomplete.
