Millions of people around the world are being forced to flee their homes and livelihoods due to conflict, climate change and economic hardship. Today, December 18, is World Refugee Day, as the United Nations says a record number of people were displaced within their own countries last year, with the highest number of deaths among those fleeing in search of safety. The latest figures show that 281 million people worldwide are refugees, more than half of whom are women and children. By the end of 2022, 117 million people were displaced, including those seeking shelter, and nearly 5.5 million of them were asylum seekers. #BBCPashto #BBCPashtoTV #BBCNarayDaWakht 0:00 BBC World Da Wakht 0:08 Headline News 0:23 Continuous increase in migration in the world 1:13 Situation of Afghan refugees in Turkey 5:40 Hopes for a ceasefire in Gaza 7:16 Concerns about the situation in Syria 7:59 Fears of revenge in Latakia, Syria 13:57 Consequences and repercussions of the assassination of a Russian general in Moscow 17:03 A reminder of the women's program 17:50 Technology, weekly program Subscribe for more videos: https://www.youtube.com/c/BBCPashto?s...
