From the wooden decks it is possible to see some of the most important postcards of the city: Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas, Jardim Botânico, Corcovado and the beaches of Leblon and Ipanema. On the park's trails it is possible to observe botanical species, such as the orchid-das-pedreiras, the anthurium-das-pedras, the white vellozia and the bromeliads, as well as animals such as the capuchin monkey, squirrels and several species of birds. The presence of the blue butterfly is often observed. In the park's small lake, located in the Bosque da Amizade, beautiful water lilies give a special touch to the environment. The highlight of the tour, the park has four viewpoints, much sought after by visitors who want to have a privileged view of the city. These points are much sought after for filming and photo shoots due to their scenic beauty, thus requiring prior authorization from the Park Management. Toys, a multi-sports court and gardens, often used for picnics, are other attractions of the park.
