In this video I explain step by step how you can RENEW your digital certificate from the National Mint and Stamp Factory (FNMT). NOTE: NOTE ????: the electronic certificate CANNOT have expired, otherwise you will have to request a new one. If you need to request a new certificate from the FNMT, I explain how in this other video: • Tutorial: Obtain a digital certificate... NOTE ????: if there are more than 90 days left to renew the certificate, it will not allow you to do so. You can only renew it 2 months in advance. NOTE ????: now, in alternate renewals (that is, the 2nd, 4th, 6th... time you do it) you have to physically accredit yourself to be able to renew the certificate. Before it was only the first time, but not the renewals ????????‍♂ That implies going physically to the Treasury or Social Security, or doing it with the mobile app (it has a cost). BUT, if you have an e-DNI with valid certificates (and a reader, of course) you can renew it by identifying yourself with the e-DNI and you won't have to go physically since you can identify yourself with the DNI itself.
