The owner of the car himself purchased LED lenses from MTF and entrusted his workhorse to our workshop. The task was to do the job efficiently and on time. Our team of specialists got to work. First, you need to remove the front bumper, after which the headlights are removed. We removed the headlights from the car and washed them from dirt in order to work with clean headlights and to prevent excess dirt from getting inside the headlight. The headlights on this car are from Visteon, they are assembled with polyurethane sealant and are considered non-separable. But our craftsmen have extensive experience in working with such headlights and disassemble such headlights without difficulty and damage. After disassembling the headlights, you will need to install an LED module on four studs in the low beam reflector. To do this, you need to make a hole in the reflector to deepen the LED module and then fix it to the mounting studs. After fixing and adjusting the LED lens, you need to select and adjust the decorative mask so that everything looks beautiful. We washed the headlight glass and cleaned the old sealant, and also polished it from the inside, giving it maximum transparency. After all the work on installing and cleaning the headlights, we assembled them on a new polyurethane sealant. After assembling the headlights and hardening the sealant, we installed the headlights on the car, polished them and adjusted them according to GOST. The result of our work is in front of you!
