Tuning exercise with long notes on the trombone

With this video you can work on trombone tuning by playing long notes, playing while listening. Try to match or adjust the sound you hear with the one you play, you can also read the notes while you play without needing sheet music and you can also check the positions of each note to see if they are the same. This exercise must be done in very specific conditions of room temperature around 23/24 degrees Celsius so that the tuning does not vary from that in the video. You must also have your trombone tuned to 442hz, which is the tuning with which this exercise has been recorded. You can also use the Soundcorset tuner to check the tuning. The metronome time is on quarter note 50. On the other hand, you can make variations with this tuning exercise, playing a second voice, forming chords with intervals of 3rd, 4th, 5th or 8th, since these chords are highly recommended to practice tuning with several sounds at once.
