The authoritarian head of the Kocabaş family, Şehmuz, the meticulous and chlorine addicted woman of the house, Servet, live in the same house with their son-in-law Selahattin, their daughter Gülistan, their grandson Orçun, Orçun's girlfriend Eylem and their single son Rıza. Their son-in-law Selahattin is not at all loyal to his wife Gülistan and is cheating on her with Tülay, whom he met at the nightclub. Rıza, the only son of the house, is engaged to Nurhayat, whom he does not love at all, under pressure from his family. While these events are taking place, a completely different development that will change the lives of the whole family takes place. Deniz, along with his brother Bora, comes from İzmir to İstanbul to do a guest role in a series for an episode. Deniz, who has not been able to find the opportunity he has been looking for for years, gets lucky when he least expects it. Another actress on the set, Açılay, is looking for a house and offers Deniz to be her roommate. On top of all this, things get out of hand when Deniz's mother and father move from İzmir to İstanbul.
