When the movie "Despicable Me" was first released (2010), Tsurube, who was in charge of the Japanese dubbing, and Ashida Mana, who was only 6 years old, were walking down the yellow carpet at the world premiere, they happened to bump into Julie Andrews, a great actress whom Tsurube admires, and had a short conversation with her. Tsurube has apparently seen Julie's movies more than 10 times! Just to be on the safe side, Julie Andrews also dubbed this movie. The third movie is scheduled to be released soon, and it seems that the three of them will be dubbing the new movie as well.
