This page might also help you: https://www.via-ferrata.de/kletterste... ————————————————————————— The Tschengelser Hochwand is one of the most beautiful vantage points in South Tyrol and totally harmless via the normal route. If you want something more spectacular, climb the steep Spdwand, where a moderately difficult via ferrata leads up to the summit. ⚠️Warning: Not an easy via ferrata for beginners! ⚠️ Anyone who likes a bit of action and a challenge has come to the right place. The summit of the Tschengelser Hochwand seems close enough to touch from Laas or Eyrs. However, it is almost 2500 meters up to the wooden cross at 3375 meters. From Sulden we follow the signs to the Düsseldorfer Hütte. Video here: • Düsseldorfer Hütte 2721m + Eselsteig ... From there it is almost a hike to the entrance at almost 3000 meters. Put on your via ferrata set and off you go! The via ferrata is 300 meters from the entrance to the summit. You have to fight for this though. An adventure - not too difficult, but not a given. At the summit you have a view over the whole of the Vinschgau and the Bernina. The summit experience is definitely huge and is crowned, as in my case, with a delicious meal at the Düsseldorfer Hütte.
