Tripe soup, a traditional recipe made from beef tripe. Fresh bread as a side dish. INGREDIENTS: 1 onion oil 500 g boiled beef tripe 1/2 teaspoon crushed cumin 4 teaspoons sweet ground paprika 1 heaping tablespoon plain flour 1 liter of beef broth 1 bay leaf 4 balls of allspice pepper salt 2 teaspoons marjoram 3 pressed garlic cloves parsley leaves for garnish
