Organized by the Mály Nature Conservation Association, we took the elementary school children from Mály on a trip to the Hortobágy Bird Hospital. The day that started out as pleasant turned into a very warm day, but regardless, the children participated in a very good and useful program. We got to know the hospital's work and patients, went into the big aviary and watched the presentation by Gergő and SAMU. We also invited the children for an ice cream scoop. We adopted the Red-crowned crane we rescued and received the adoption certificate from Balázs Déri. It was nice to walk around the DOKI's realm and get to know their work better.
