Furthermore, Johannes has bitten Thomas in the ear and on the lip. The majority of the violence has been perpetrated when Thomas was lying defenseless. In addition to severe pain, Thomas was caused a number of extensive and deep wounds, tissue loss, skin scrapings, skin scratches, swellings and bruises. It happened on the night of December 16, 2023 after Johannes Skyborn illegally entered Thomas' home on Räntmästaregån in Lund municipality and attacked him while he was sleeping in his bed. The crime has not been completed because Johannes Skyborn was interrupted in his act by the police and because before that Johannes Skyborn did not hit any vital organs or major blood vessels when he used violence with a knife/broken bottle against Thomas. There was a danger that the crime would be consummated or it was only precluded by temporary circumstances. The sentence was imprisonment for 11 years.
