Tribune "Prince Miloš Obrenović - the first or second 'father' of modern Serbia?" was held on Monday, August 13, in the Club "Tribina mladih" of the Cultural Center of Novi Sad. The author and lecturer was MSc Srđan Graovac, historian. At the beginning of the forum, Graovac said that the title of "father of modern Serbia", created in the Serbian revolution, belongs to Đorđe Petrović Karađorđ, who carried the banner of freedom to the Meeting of the Lord in 1804 as the leader of the First Serbian Uprising and until the end was a key figure in bringing almost of all decisions important for the fate of the uprising.
