This film opens our series "Journey to Antarctica". We have been waiting for the cruise for more than three years. Due to COVID 19, it was postponed and postponed. But the impressions received from visiting Antarctica, the Falklands and the islands of South Georgia, met all our expectations. In this series, you will have a short walk around Buenos Aires, a flight to the southernmost city in the world - Ushuaia, an acquaintance with the ice-class yacht SCENIC Eclipse. It must be said that you will not see casino lights, expensive clothing boutiques, animation programs in this film ... There was nothing like that on our yacht. But there were excursions and acquaintance with nature, giant icebergs, cold landscapes and amazing animals. This is not a journey, but rather an expedition. On the ship with us there was a team of natural scientists who shared their knowledge in various areas related to nature. Short and interesting lectures during the transitions and breaks between excursions supplemented our knowledge of the Antarctic climate, animal habits, glacier structure and global warming. The 23-day journey to the shores of Antarctica has become an integral part of our lives. We hope that we managed to convey the beauty of the natural world we saw and the brightness of our impressions. We wish you a pleasant viewing, and we are waiting for comments and likes.
