In May 2024, I took a trip on the new Irizar i8 Efficient from ADO GL. This new bus is equipped with the new SCANIA NUVÄK K500 chassis with a 500 Horsepower, Euro 6 engine; therefore, it is an ultra-low emission engine. It also has advanced safety systems that help reduce the likelihood of an accident. The i8 Efficient body has improvements in aerodynamics with the most striking feature of having a new system of digital cameras that function as rearview mirrors. Join me on this trip from the ADO terminal in Tlalnepantla to the port of Veracruz on the ADO executive service and learn what this new ADO GL bus is like inside and the travel experience.
