On Thursday morning, the mayor announced the new features that the system will have during 2025. One that caught the attention was the inclusion of a new card that will allow some users to save money when buying their tickets. This is TransMiPass, which will be a payment option for frequent Transmilenio users. The smart card will allow you to buy a package of 65 monthly trips for 160,000 pesos. That is, each ticket would cost 2,460 pesos, 700 pesos less than the normal rate. It is important to note that the 65 monthly trips will not be cumulative and can only be recharged once a month. The use of this card will be personal and non-transferable and will have a maximum of 6 uses per day.
