Practice with me how to make your kizami-gyaku more technical and score more points in the shiai-kumite fight. I am Hernani Veríssimo, a karate athlete, former athlete of the Brazilian Senior Karate Team and temporary 3rd Sgt of the Brazilian Army. During my experience I learned the technical details that contribute the most to obtaining great speed and precision during the execution of this move.
