Red Chili Powder 1 TSP 6. Coriander Powder 1 TSP 7. Tarmaric Powder 1 TSP 8. Green Chili 4 Piece 9. Fresh Coriander 10. Tomato 2 Piece 11. Mustered Oil 1/3 Cup 12. Salt To Test 1. Tangra Fish 500 gm 2. Onion Chopped 2 Medium Size 3. Garlic Chopped 1 Tablespoon 4. Jhira Powder 1/2 Teaspoon 5. Red Chilli Powder 1 Teaspoon 6. Coriander Powder 1 Teaspoon 7. Turmeric Powder 1 Teaspoon 8. Raw Chilli 4 9. Coriander Leaves 10. Tomatoes 2 11. Mustard Oil 1/3 Cup 12. Method for preparing salt to taste: First, cut the tengra fish and clean it well with water and salt. Then, chop two medium-sized onions. Then, chop one tablespoon of garlic. Then, chop two tomatoes into slices. Then, cut four green chilies into slices. Then, chop some coriander leaves. Then, take one teaspoon of red chili powder, one teaspoon of turmeric powder, one teaspoon of coriander powder, and half a teaspoon of cumin powder. Then, take one-third of mustard oil in a cloth and add salt to taste. Part Two: In this part, we will take a pan and first, put the fish in it and soak it. Then add chopped onion, chopped garlic, red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, jhira powder, salt to taste and mustard oil and mix well with your hands. Once mixed, stir in one-third of a cup of water and put it on the stove. Put it on the stove and cook the fish on medium heat until it boils. Stir it gently in between. Then cook with a lid until the oil floats and stir it gently in between. When the oil floats, add a cup of hot water. Stir it gently with your hands. Then add tomatoes and green chilies, dip the tomatoes and chilies in the broth and cook for five minutes with a lid on, shaking it a little in between so that the fish does not break. Cover again and cook for three minutes on medium heat and you will have a traditional Tengra fish oil broth.
