The Cheopjong, a traditional ceremony of inspecting the King's Guards, was held today (October 19, 2023) in front of Heungnyemun Gate, Gyeongbokgug Palace, Korea. Cheopjong, which is held twice a day (11:00 and 14:00) until tomorrow, refers to the large bell used for inspection and emergency standby in the Gyeongguk Daejeon, Volume 25, and was a system to maintain military discipline and discipline in the army and to maintain the foundation of the nation.
