(50 gr) Thick fat! Empty into 28 cm pans! Butter the pan! For above! 1 whole egg, 1 tablespoon of water, 2 tablespoons of sugar, mix everything! Spray on top of the pan until there is a little crust on top! Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes! In the last 5-6 mints, we release the grill option to get a nice color on top!
