In 2018, the transport company from Tarnowo Podgórne announced a tender for the modernization of the bus base, consisting in the reconstruction, extension and demolition of the multifunctional building and the diagnostic building. The project also included the purchase of 5 buses with low-emission EURO 6 drive. One of them was the first articulated bus in the carrier's rolling stock. The above investments were implemented as part of an EU project. Additionally, five bus stops in the commune were modernized. They were equipped with new bus shelters, bicycle shelters and boards informing about the real departure times of buses. The stops located in Ceradz Kościelne, Kokoszczyn, Lusowo, Przeźmierowo and Sady were selected for this reconstruction. In March 2019, the first two Solaris Urbino 12 IV generation buses in the new version were received, and in October the official opening of the new bus base took place, combined with the handover of the keys to the first articulated bus in the commune.
