TORUM 785 - a rotary grain harvester manufactured by the famous Russian company Rostselmash can rightfully be called one of the most productive in the world! It is capable of harvesting over 2,000 hectares of various crops per season, threshing up to 45 tons of grain per hour, i.e. over 360 tons in an eight-hour shift! On August 8, 2022, in the Oryol region, the most powerful grain harvester in the country - TORUM 785 from Rostselmash - threshed 400.84 tons in exactly 8 hours of operation. This is the largest grain threshing in an 8-hour shift in Russia. This is exactly what is recorded in the certificate of the Book of Records of Russia. The combine is based on a unique threshing system Advanced Rotor System, abbreviated as ARS.
