The belt canals are also closely connected to the water areas of Lake Balaton. The Western Belt Canal is a real fishing paradise, especially in spring. The warming canal is then filled with bream migrating from Lake Balaton, and carp migrate with them. Surprisingly large specimens can sometimes be caught among the pumpkin leaves on the banks of the canal. This water area is not unknown to the Top Mix anglers, but so far they have mainly fished for bream here. Our film shows that we manage to lure these carp out of the canal's inhabitants.
