Roll them into hazelnut and walnut-sized balls like analı kızlı. • Coat the köftes in 2 tablespoons of flour so that they do not stick together while cooking and so that the water is helmeli. • Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the pot. Then cut half an onion in half and add it to the hot butter and fry. Then finely chop 6 sprigs of parsley and add them to the meatballs and continue kneading for another 2 minutes. Knead until all the ingredients come together. • Then portion them into balls the size of a tangerine. • Grease a baking tray, place the meatballs and make a hole in the meatballs with the bottom of a water glass. • Share one tablespoon of garnish into each hole. • For the sauce, add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, 1 tablespoon of butter, 2 cloves of crushed garlic, 1 tablespoon of thyme, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 cup of hot water and mix until the paste thickens. • For the mashed potatoes, cut 3 medium-sized potatoes in half and add enough water to cover them with their skins and boil until the potatoes are soft. • Then drain, peel and mash the potatoes with a masher or fork, add 1.5 tablespoons of butter, 1 teaspoon of salt, half a cup of milk and a quarter of a nutmeg grated on top and mix. • Pour the sauce over the meatballs and cover with mashed potatoes. • Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 20 minutes on top or bottom, then sprinkle 3 handfuls of grated kashar cheese on the meatballs and bake in grill mode at 230 degrees for another 5 minutes. • Finally, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and your delicious Hasanpaşa meatballs that your guests will admire are ready.
