The Tokyo Marathon 2024 is here! Shoes used: Alphafly (first generation) Camera: GoPro HERO9 I've been training hard for this event. I usually run about 200km a month, but after I was selected to run the Tokyo Marathon, I stepped up my distance. I set a goal to beat my personal best in all distances (5km to full) before the Tokyo Marathon, and have been working hard for half a year. September 225.9km October 404.1km November 358.1km December 406.9km January 410.9km February 296.6km As a result, I was able to beat my personal best in all distances from 5km to full! The Tokyo Marathon is a lovely dessert. My goal was to run at a pace of 3:50/km, aiming for 2:42:00, but this didn't happen. However, I was glad that I was able to run comfortably until the end! Thank you for your support! After the Tokyo Marathon, my next challenge has been decided. If you like, please subscribe to my channel.
