This video shows the replacement of the timing belt and water pump of a Citroen C4 with a TU5JP4 engine. The vehicle's mileage at the time of replacement was 175,000 km. Before the replacement, for 20,000, there was a knocking sound, vaguely reminiscent of the knocking of hydraulic compensators, as an autopsy showed, the timing belt was loose, the tension roller was tightened, but not cocked to the desired position.
