INGREDIENTS: for the pastry: 250g of 00 flour 50g of lard 100ml of warm water 1 pinch of salt for the filling: 200ml of sapa plus a little more for brushing 2 tablespoons of fine semolina 70g of chopped almonds 1 teaspoon of spices (tasty spice) the zest of half a Monperiglia orange (sa traggera)
