Today I have snack cakes – delicious, beautiful, impressive. If you are planning some kind of celebration – I highly recommend making them. Such an appetizer will definitely not go unnoticed on the festive table. 1. SNACK "NAPOLEON" Puff yeast dough – 250 g. Filling: Minced meat – 300 g. Bell pepper – ½ pc. Garlic – 2-3 cloves Tomato paste – 2 tbsp. Water – 100 ml. Salt Pepper Sauce: Butter – 40 g. Flour – 50 g. Milk – 600 ml. Salt Pepper 2. CRACKER CAKE Crackers - 1-2 packages Homemade mayonnaise - 250 g. Garlic – 2 cloves Sprats – 1 can Pickled cucumbers – 200 g. Eggs – 3 pcs. 3. THREE CHEESES CAKE Pancakes: Cheese – 150 g. Flour – 80 g. Milk – 150 g. Salt – ½ tsp. Egg – 1 pc. Filling: Smoked trout – 200 g. Olives – 1 can Cream cheese – 70 g. Processed cream cheese – 70 g. Cream for leveling: Cream cheese – 200 g. Butter – 50 g. Homemade mayonnaise recipe: • EVERYONE can make this MAYONNAISE! NOT EXCELLENT...
