The middle of summer is a wonderful time for lovers of fishing and outdoor recreation. Fish are caught with all gear - roach and rudd - with a float rod, perch and pike - with a spinning rod, white bream, vimba and bream - with a feeder, and the owner of the river, a mustachioed powerful catfish - with an elastic band with live bait. There were four of us, completely different in age, who were united by one passion, one hobby - to leave home for three days to the river bank and immerse ourselves in the atmosphere of nature to listen to the sound of rain, the squeak of mosquitoes, the splash of waves and the crackling of wood in a fire on which fish soup from freshly caught fish is boiling and meat is sizzling on the coals.
