We revisited the delicious stops that I have been unable to give up for years in Dordogne, one of my favorite regions of France. We tasted the most refined examples of French cuisine from foie gras to lamb loin, from sweetbreads to delicious desserts in flavor-focused restaurants such as La Belle Etoile (La Roque Gageac), Pont de L'Ouysse (Lacave) and Moulin du Roc (Champagnac de Belair). All of these restaurants have been following the same path for years without compromising their quality. They are not places highlighted by Michelin, but believe me, they offer much more than many restaurants with many stars.
