The motive behind the police shooting incident at the Solok Selatan Police Station, West Sumatra on Friday (11/22/2024), has finally been revealed. The Director of Criminal Investigation of the West Sumatra Police, Senior Commissioner Andre Kurniawan, in a press conference on Saturday (11/23/2024), revealed the motive for AKP Dadang Iskandar to shoot AKP Ulil Ryanto Anshar because he allegedly did not like his own colleague. The Head of the Criminal Investigation Unit (Kasat Reskrim) of the Solok Selatan Police, AKP Ulil Ryanto was shot by AKP Dadang, at the same time as he was examining one of the suspects, an illegal mining entrepreneur. The motive for the police shooting was temporarily concluded that the perpetrator did not like the illegal mining control carried out by AKP Ulil.
