ALL IN ONE in Thermomix® - practical, quick and of course super tasty! 😍 It's really unbelievable that you can conjure up a whole meal including side dishes and sauce in the Thermomix®! And today we're going to do everything at the same time: Dési has opted for a juicy chicken with rice, vegetables and a creamy herb sauce. She tells you exactly what to look out for when cooking rice in the Thermomix®, how to add a bit of color to the meat and why cooking meat and vegetables in the Varoma® is particularly good! You can of course also vary the whole dish and use fish instead of meat or even leave it out completely! Have fun cooking it! 🤩 Ingredients for 4 people: 1 onion, halved 20 g olive oil 1400 g water 1 tsp vegetable spice paste 250 g rice 4 chicken breast fillets (about 160 g each) salt freshly ground black pepper ½ tsp sweet paprika powder 400 g carrots, in sticks 300 g broccoli, in florets (I cut it myself) 350 g cauliflower, in florets (I cut it myself) 200 g herb cream cheese ½ bunch of parsley, plus a little more for garnishing 30 g flour Put 1 onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds level 5. Push down with the spatula. Add oil and sauté for 2 minutes 120 °C (TM31 please use Varoma) level 2. 2 Pour water and spice paste into the mixing bowl. Weigh the rice into the cooking basket and rinse under running water. Hang the cooking basket with rice in the mixing bowl, stir with the spatula. 3 Season the chicken breast fillets on both sides with a little salt, pepper and paprika powder and place on the shelf. Distribute the vegetables in the Varoma. Put the Varoma and shelf on, close and cook everything for 27 mins. Varoma level 2. 4 When the cooking time is over, remove the Varoma, take out the cooking basket and empty the mixing bowl. Collect the cooking liquid. Put 300 g of cooking liquid, cream cheese, herbs and flour in the mixing bowl and mix for 5 secs. level 5. Then heat for 3 mins. 100 °C level 3. 5 Puree the sauce for 30 secs. level 8. Cut the chicken breast fillets into slices, arrange on plates with rice and vegetables. Sprinkle with a little parsley and serve. What does All in One mean with the Thermomix? All In One means cooking/cooking in the Thermomix on different levels at the same time. In other words, meat/fish, potatoes/rice and vegetables cook at the same time.
