In this tutorial we show you how to assemble the collector and downpipes for a house. In our case we have 2 independent downpipes but the concepts explained apply to any number of downpipes you need to make, taking into account that you have to correctly size the collector. To make the concepts clear, remember: Riser: Water inlet to the tank. It is formed by the pipe that raises the water, the required joints and the cut-off system (floating in our case). Collector: Pipe that comes out of the tank and whose flow must correctly supply all the downpipes connected to it. It is calculated according to the number of downpipes it has to supply and the consumption (flow) of each one of them. Downpipe: Takes water from the collector and supplies one or more rooms. It is calculated based on the consumption or flow that it has to offer depending on what it is going to supply. We show you the general design, the thermofusion process and obviously we give you tips and suggestions so that you can do it yourself without any problem! If there is any topic you would like to go into more depth on or if something is unclear, let us know and we will look into it together! We hope you like it!!
