Through the testimony of officials from international organizations, researchers, civil society and activists, information is gathered on how the different corporations of infant formulas, ultra-processed foods, sugary drinks, alcohol and tobacco directed the health agenda in the country. From positioning presidents of the Republic, health secretaries, high-profile positions within the Mexican government, to financing research, researchers, institutions and organizations; corporate strategies have been effective in defending the commercial and economic interests of large industries. The creation and operation of the Mexican Foundation for Health has played a central role in this strategy. A documentary of denunciation that seeks to make visible the creation of organizations like large corporations to protect their commercial interests above the health of the population.
