Is it easy to be a psychotherapist? This question is certainly asked by many future specialists and patients. After all, this profession requires not only education and completion of a 4-year school of psychotherapy, but also appropriate predispositions. Can anyone become a psychotherapist? What does this job look like? Why can't even a best friend replace a meeting with a specialist? These and many other questions are answered by Tomasz Żółtak, psychologist, psychotherapist and specialist in group psychotherapy using the psychodrama method. During the meeting, we will also learn what makes up the price of psychotherapy and why it costs so much. The webinar is led by Zofia Szynal, a graduate of psychology at SWPS University, a certified cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist. Tomasz Żółtak, MA - psychologist and psychotherapist for youth, adults and couples, specialist in group psychotherapy using the psychodrama method. Specializes in helping people experiencing depression, psychosomatic disorders, personality disorders, emotional crises, relationship difficulties. He was educated, among others, at the Jagiellonian University Medical College and the Polish Institute of Psychodrama. Media expert in the press, the Internet and the radio, in particular in the subject of couples psychotherapy and sexology. Zofia Szynal - graduate of psychology at SWPS University, certified cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist. She completed postgraduate studies in clinical sexology and psychological diagnosis. Co-founder of the Mental Health Clinic Na Lepsze in Wrocław. In the series "ABC of Psychotherapy" carried out as part of the Psyche Zone of SWPS University, together with invited guests, we discuss topics related to mental health.
