My Camino or St. Jacob's way on my own ???? Discomfort, the straps of the backpack press on the shoulders, the side and feet periodically tingle, the legs are swollen and hurt... And you go on, regardless of the discomfort. And why all this suffering? You experience this pain again and again and learn to accept it. For me, the Pilgrim's Way of Santiago was all about acceptance. People, myself, pain and situations. I learned to be in the role of an observer, not evaluating anything, but rather accepting. Then I felt the release of blocks and negativity that prevent me from moving forward???? On this path, you really fully understand the wording "walking meditation". And why are people so attracted to hiking???? It is really addictive. And not only because of the flow of thoughts that seemed to be falling on the shelves, but also about the feeling of life, bright, active, saturated. About the thrill of a simple place to sleep, from water and food, which seem to be the tastiest than everything you drank and ate. From a healthy body, own willpower and from yourself in principle. And also, I heard from the participant of the pilgrimage retreat, Margo, that when we walk from 8 km, we activate the filling vital energy, like a reactor. From 2 km, the energy just starts to rise somewhere at the level of the legs. Namely, from 8 km we begin to feel harmony, cheerfulness, clarity and infinite strength. Then clarity and answers come to my head ???????? And that's how it was. At first, you can even force yourself to move and walk. And somewhere from the middle of the path of each day, the pain is already leaving and extraordinary resources and amazing dialogues in the head appear✨ A flow of information and inspiration. So I wish everyone to make this amazing adventure!
