The election results in the 51 cities with a second round this Sunday consolidated the victory of two names that were not even on the ballot: Gilberto Kassab (president of the PSD) and Tarcísio de Freitas (Republicans) – who put his prestige at risk by claiming, without evidence, that a criminal faction had directed votes for Guilherme Boulos (PSOL).
